Unemployed Single mother of two school aged children. Actively seeking employment daily in a saturated job market. Laid off from a major company after eighteen years tenure due to complete reduction in U.S. workforce, aka off-shoring. I never knew it would be this difficult to find gainful employment with my expertise and skills. I have been struggling to make ends meet, unemployment ended, forced to take high interest title loan to try to stay above water. Then Hurricane Helene forced me under. Total loss of food, and power outages for four days, I have no way to pay the title loan payment, rent, utilities, insurance, or continue to replenish an entire refrigerator of non-perishable foods. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
