Please Help Save My Mother’s Life – Kidney Failure Treatment Appeal

I am writing to you with deep concern and urgency about my mother, [ fathima sitthi ], who is currently suffering from kidney failure. Her kidneys have stopped functioning properly, and she is in critical need of regular dialysis and possibly a kidney transplant.
