My name is Sampath Maduranga, and I am 41 years old. Today, I reach out to you with a heart full of hope and desperation, as I find myself in an incredibly difficult situation.

For the past several months, I have been suffering from severe pain due to two debilitating medical conditions—Hitas Hernia and Chronic Hemorrhoids. These conditions have taken a significant toll on my life, leaving me unable to work and causing constant physical distress. Even the simplest daily tasks are now a struggle.

Hitas Hernia has made it nearly impossible for me to carry out any physical activity, and even sitting or standing for long periods brings intense pain. The doctors have confirmed that surgery is the only viable solution to alleviate my suffering. In addition to this, my chronic hemorrhoids have caused ongoing discomfort and pain, with the only option being laser treatment for long-term relief.

Unfortunately, due to the severity of my condition, I have been unable to work for a significant period, and my financial situation is becoming increasingly dire. I have no family or friends who can assist me financially, which is why I am turning to this fundraising platform, hoping that kind-hearted individuals like you might be willing to lend a helping hand.

The total cost of both the Hitas Hernia surgery and the hemorrhoid laser treatment is approximately €5,000, which covers the surgeries, hospital fees, and necessary post-operative care.
