Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. My 14-year-old daughter,mishel shashrika has been diagnosed with , Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a life-threatening illness that has turned our world upside down.

She was a bright, energetic student with big dreams for the future. However, ever since her diagnosis on 2024/06/23, our lives have revolved around hospitals, painful treatments, and endless worries. She is currently receiving treatment at maharagama cancer hospital, and the doctors have recommended, chemotherapy,as soon as possible to save her life.

The total estimated cost for her treatment is approximately LKR 25 000 000, which includes hospital charges, medications, diagnostic tests, and post-treatment care. As a, daily wage earner , I am unable to bear this overwhelming financial burden alone.

We are humbly seeking your generous support to give our daughter a fighting chance. Even the smallest contribution can make a huge difference in her journey toward recovery. If you wish to verify her condition, we are willing to provide medical reports, doctor’s letters, and any other necessary documents.
