Help with Christmas gifts

This is my first time on this platform. I am just posting in hopes I receive some help to get my kids some Christmas gifts. Times have been hard with their father having surgery and then getting into a wreck. I have blown through my savings sadly.

Hello I’m single mom of a little girl who will be 8 in December she has an auto immune deficiency disease, which causes me to call off work a lot to take care of her. I’m just needing some help this Christmas.
