A mother of five is reaching out with a heavy heart and hopeful spirit. Times have been difficult, and this family is trying to hold on while making sure each child feels loved and cared for.
The children are ages 18, 16, 12, 10, and 5. Each has their own dreams and little joys that keep them going, but right now, even the basics feel out of reach.
This family is in need of:
• Gift cards: Visa, Amazon, Target, gas cards, and iTunes/Google Play cards to help with essentials and small joys.
• Car repair help: A battery and driver-side axle for a 2005 Honda Accord EX so transportation can be safe and reliable.
• For the youngest (age 5): Activity books, play dough and slime, K-Pop Demon Hunters, size 5T clothing, size 9 shoes (she dreams of furry boots).
• For the 10 & 12 year olds: Anime-themed items, headphones, medium women’s athletic leggings, size 7.5–8 shoes, large shirts.
• For the 16 year old: Hello Kitty items, cargo pants (medium), size 7.5 shoes, makeup, and help with her broken iPhone screen.
• For the 18 year old: A digital camera to capture memories, service dog gear (for her two medical alert dogs), XL women’s sweatpants, XXL shirts, size 9 shoes, a K-cup coffee maker, help with her broken iPhone.
This household also includes a sister and her 10-year-old son, who are struggling too. She needs help with bills, gift cards, and reliable transportation. Her son could use boys’ clothing (sizes 12–14), a twin mattress with bedding, Legos, and items related to his love of the RMS Titanic.
Every gift, no matter how small, would bring light into their lives and remind them they are not alone. This family is holding on with love, but they need a helping hand to make it through.
If you are able to give, you will be helping multiple children and two mothers who are doing everything they can to keep their household together.
