Good day 2hands Organization!
I’m presently experiencing financial hardship. I just paid off the prior judgment for eviction for September and October rent, in November. Now I’m unable to pay my rent for November and December, and I fear I will have another eviction judgment to resolve before January 2026. I presently have a full-time job that I started in September, but my pay does not help with the rent. In return, I’m late every month with my rent and the monthly late fees make it even harder to pay. I’ve been searching diligently for other full-time employment with higher pay, but I’m either under qualified, or overqualified, which is disheartening, because I’m constantly trying to catch up to stay afloat. I have a child who has a medical disability, and this has placed a strain on the two of us regarding where we live at the end of this year (will we be homeless or remain in the unit until the end of the year or until our lease ends in May 2026).
Again, I am requesting assistance. If your organization can help with the month of November, I’m beyond grateful. I’m beyond willing/opened to give you the name of my apartment complex and my utility company, so that you can make the payment directly to them to ensure payment is received and tracked.
