Hello, and thank you for reading our story. I am reaching out for Christmas help for my son and Mother. Hoping to bring them a Christmas they both well deserve. Since my father passed, I have become the full-time caregiver for my Mom, who has dementia and needs constant support. My little boy is Autistic, and it’s just me handling everything. My world is made of making sure everyday they both are provided with what they need, maintaining a safe space, and loving home for them both physically, mentally, and emotionally. Despite all the challenges my son has faced and will forever continue to he is thriving! He was in intensive ABA therapy (5 days a week 8-4, plus OT and speech 2xs a week) since he was 2 1/2, and he graduated his ABA school this July and he’s now killin it in Kindergarten class!!!! Despite the odds he’s worked so hard to get to where he’s at today. I desperately want him to have a special Christmas with this very special year along side myself and Mother who also has had a challenging year. In and out of rehab for PT after falling several times, pneumonia, 5 stitches on her face. The list goes on but I’m grateful she pulled through and is still here. I have to be honest, if I were so lucky to be chosen for help it would also selfishly be a gift for me. I can’t imagine the stress and worry I would not have. To me that is just enough!!!!  I will be forever grateful for any help no matter what that may look like.

Now, here comes the hard part being I’m not one to ask for help or things so here goes…
