Im a grandmother that has had full custody of all three of my grandchildren. My son their father is deceased. Im ill and on continuous oxygen and is in the process of filing for disability. I only have one of my grandchildren still here with me and he has been a blessing to me. He works and pays for his car, insurance and helps with utilities. I have no income at the time. I am needing assistance paying our electric bill.
