I have been struggling financially lately. And the first thing to go was my car insurance. Well after that lapsed I was pulled over and stepped with a $628 dollar fine. How am I suppose to lay that? Well I have since gotten car insurance and my car reregistered because they took my plates. But my work is slow now and I need to pay my car insurance and the fine by the 18th of this month. I need my car for work… Please someone help me.
