Hello, I’m the mom of a 12 year old (will turn 13 a week after Christmas) ADHD & recently diagnosed Level 2 Autistic son. I’ve never had to ask for help before because I’ve always worked and made ends meet. However, I’ve been having some very bad health issues lately that doctors can’t seem to diagnose the cause of (my last episode had me hospitalized for a week & I still had no answers) which has made me unable to work.
I babysit whenever possible to try to keep a little bit of income coming in, but unfortunately it’s only enough to make it on, and nothing extra left over. I’ve had to tell my son that we may not be able to afford gifts this year for Christmas or his birthday, but with his diagnosis he doesn’t fully understand and thinks he’s not getting anything because he’s been bad (he keeps saying he’s getting coal for Christmas) which breaks my heart. If anyone would like to help me bless my son I’d never be able to thank you enough! 🙏❤️
