My husband was laid off October 22. As a teacher, my check is only enough to cover bills. While he is looking for something, everything is taking forever. (even applying for Gig Work until something permanent comes along is taking FOREVER to approve.) I am not sure how our already stretched budget is going to make it where I can provide for our 3 children. I would appreciate any assistance in getting Christmas for our kids, job help for him, or even food and gas. I hate asking for help and it just seems like I have no way except to ask for help this year.
