I’m honestly writing this with tears in my eyes because this year has completely broken me in ways I never expected. I’ve been trying so hard to stay strong for my kids, but everything has hit us at once. I recently lost my job, I’m behind on rent, and my car was taken. Their father is incarcerated, and I’m doing all of this on my own. Some days I feel like I’m drowning and failing no matter how hard I fight.I have two amazing kids who keep me going even when my world feels like it’s falling apart. My son is 11, and he loves video games like Roblox and Fortnite it’s the one thing that makes him light up he a size small in men or 18-20 in kids sneakers size 7 My daughter is 7, and she loves makeup, cute little girly things, and anything that lets her feel pretty and happy shes a size 8 in clothing & 13c in shoes It hurts my heart to ask for help, but I don’t want them to feel the weight of everything we’re going through. I want them to have at least a little bit of Christmas joy this year. Anything truly anything someone is willing to offer would mean more to us than words can explain.
