Hello, today I m asking for emergency funding .
I am the primary witness/victim in a homicide case in N CA.
the defendant was recently released on ACS & was granted permission to represent himself (pro se) this grabs him direct access to my personal info.
I filed a restraining order and the judge only granted me 100 yards. I have been threatened and he has told me he had a bullet with my name on it and he knows where I m at and he ll find me and kill me . This has all been filed with the sheriffs . Nothing was done and he s out walking the streets . So I fled here to AZ with my service animal.
i am seeking help with basic essentials .
I ve contacted a few organizations but no help .
I have all document s to show that this is has been an ongoing nightmare.
without any money I m stuck and that feeling leaves me depressed and stuck .
Starting my life over at 45 in a state without any close relatives or friends .
the person that was murdered was my best friend.
Trial doesn’t start until march of next yr .
so I need a place where I’m safe until then .
