On 12/10/2024, my rental agreement will be immediately terminated due to non-payment of rent. The leasing office sent a certified letter that I received yesterday where it states i must pay the amounts owed plus fees immediately.That amount listed on the letter says $1,146.18 as of 12/4/24 plus ten dollars everyday after so on 12/7/24. If I am correct, the total is $1,166.18 on 12/7/24. On 12/11/2024, will mark three months of being unemployed not by choice but because it has been so difficult to get employment out here. I filed for unemployment shortly after I lost my job, but it was denied and I am now waiting for an appeals hearing because I feel my previous employer was not fair in its scheduling practices which adversely affected me causing punctuality issues resulting in VVMC alleging misconduct as grounds for termination. Even after a disciplinary meeting with the department director and HR , where I put in writing my needs for a functioning schedule. The company did not meet its end of the agreement (all 3 parties signed)and still posted a schedule for one week at a time just like it was during my entire employment. Therefore, I am not receiving UI benefits and appeals are between 3-6 months backed up which adds to my uncertainty of living. I have zero income but I am actively applying and looking for jobs every day. I am a certified medical laboratory scientist with 9 years experience. I wouldn’t be begging if I truly wasn’t in dire need. I moved from
Texas to Arizona for this job so they could chew me and spit me out like that. I have no one here and it’s now 12/16 and I’m surely getting evicted proceedings served today. I’m begging for help. Anything
