I’m a single mom of an eleven year old, and last year we escaped a really nasty abusive relationship. Over the last month, my son has been experiencing suicidal thoughts and has now been admitted into a psychiatric hospital. While he’s been in there, I received an eviction notice on my door. Between paying for my child’s medical bills and medications out of pocket, and having to pay for food and utilities, I’ve been put in a really difficult financial situation. The state cut off our food stamps and health insurance which has caused an extreme financial burden. I’m doing everything I can to make life work. I work six days a week and currently in school to help advance my career so I can provide a good life for my boy. If you could find it in your heart to help this single mom who is just trying to survive, my boy and I would be incredibly grateful. God bless
