My husband and I are disabled and praying that someone is able to help me with our past due utilities. We were victims of a terrible flood the end of September of this year and suffered damage to our vehicle and mold growth in our home. The remediation costs were high and were told we did not qualify for any flood assistance. Our past due balance is close to $1,200. My husband is on oxygen and it’s critical to keep our electric on at all times. I understand that times are hard for everyone especially with Christmas being so close.
