I am 29 year old mother of a 4 year old daughter and 2 week old son. My son was due on Christmas Day but he came the first week of December. Throughout my entire pregnancy I traveled for work. I don’t receive any government assistance in my area their income restrictions. This has been one of the most emotionally and financially challenging seasons of my life. I am a mother doing everything in my power to provide stability for my children. I work hard, I show up even when I’m drained, and I’ve been pushing through exhaustion, fear, and pressure because their well-being depends on me. But the truth is, the financial strain has become overwhelming. I am currently facing eviction but I did get approved for another apartment. However, I don’t have all of the security deposit and first month rent. I just need a little help with that. I hope someone can help me in some way. I’m just trying to keep a roof over our head.
