I have lupus. I have a part-time job and a lot of doctors appointments have a rheumatologist primary doctor internal medication doctor. I’m on seven different medications. I really need help because my body is not allow me to work the hours that I need to work to take care of myself And my daughter. I’m just going through really tough time right now and I need help. I’ve never gotten help from you guys before and it would be greatly appreciated to get gift cards from clothing, stores or food stores. Something to help me and my daughter out to these hard times for the holidays.
