Hello Jennifer here! I am a 38 year old single mother of two beautiful girls. All I want for Christmas is to make memories. You see I’m very sick. I was diagnosed 4 years ago with stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver. My health has stayed stable and I thank God for that every day. I’m afraid the only option when my health starts to decline is to get a liver transplant. The odds are not in my favor in that being successful. That being said I hold onto hope that I will be around for all of the 1sts. 1st date 1st dance and so on. Im not able to get a lot for my girls present wise and could use some help with that. I also have a wonderful mother who works too hard and loves me unconditionally. We just want to be able to make more good memories together. Memories filled with laughter and hope.
