Hello,
I hope this message finds you in great spirits. My name is Ms. Takiya Johnson, but I go by Ki. I am a proud mother of three wonderful children. My oldest daughter, Savannah, will be 20 in February. My youngest two are K’miya, who is 8, and Rashad, who is 5. Rashad is a typical energetic little boy who loves playing with toy animals, dinosaurs, and spending time outside—he truly brings sunshine into our home.
My daughter K’miya is a Type 1 diabetic, but she is so much more than her diagnosis. She was recently diagnosed, and we almost lost her due to complications. Despite everything, she has shown incredible strength and resilience. When she became ill, I had to stop working as a pharmacy technician to learn how to properly care for her. This took a financial toll on our family, as I am our sole provider.
Through God’s grace, I was recently able to find a new position that fits well with our schedule, but I am still working to recover from the financial setbacks we experienced. I would love the opportunity to give my children a joyful Christmas this year—a happy ending to what has been a very difficult chapter for us.
Thank you for your time, consideration, and kindness.
Wishing you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday season.
Warm regards
Ki (Takiya Johnson)
