Hello, I am a mother to 7 children, I was recently displaced from my job, I recently was in a car accident, I sustained injuries in the accident, a mri was conducted, and they found an incidental finding of a lump on my thyroid with enlarged lymph nodes around it, and now they are checking for thyroid cancer, I am unable to go back to work because of all this on top of having lupus and fibromyalgia, it makes my daily living sometimes hard. I could really use help for Christmas this year, god bless
