Hi, I am a mom of 2 boys and its a been a really hard year, I had two surgeries in 6 months abdominal hysterectomy due to severe adenomyosis  which lead to a hematoma was in the hospital for a few weeks. I developed issues going to the bathroom and still had horrible pelvic pains.  Since then I haven’t been able to work. I haven’t been able to get ajob that I can physically do making things extremely difficult.  I just want to be able to pay my bills and by food for my kids. My son birthday is coming up and I can’t even afford to get him anything. Not looking forward to Thanksgiving or Christmas.  My car tags are due, my tires are bald as I’m getting now. I feel like my back is against a wall. This is my first time ever asking for any kid of help. But I truly do need it. I would appreciate any kind of help in anyway.
