I am reaching out because I am in urgent and dire need of immediate assistance. I am disabled, and my mother recently had nearly her entire check withdrawn by the bank she was in the process attempting to switch her direct deposit from. This unexpected issue has left us unable to pay our rent for the month.
We have already received a 5-day notice, and today is Friday, which means Monday is our final day before eviction proceedings continue. The situation has become extremely stressful, and the communication from management has been very aggressive.
