Hello everyone, I’m hoping someone can help. I recently moved to Las Vegas and am still in the process of getting my vehicle fully registered. Because the car is currently unregistered, I was only able to obtain a single moving permit, and unfortunately I won’t be able to afford the full registration fees until next month. I am a single parent with children and reliable transportation is essential for me to get them safely to school, appointments, and daily necessities. Without a temporary 30-day moving permit, my vehicle is at risk of being towed from my apartment complex which would create a very serious hardship for my family. I do not have family members in Las Vegas who can assist, and I’m simply trying to stay compliant with the law while I work toward completing my registration as soon as I’m able. If anyone can help with obtaining a temporary moving permit I would truly appreciate it.
