Need help for mortgage

Hi,I am a single mom of a 19 year old daughter who still lives at home.I have missed a lot of work in recent months due to sciatica which has caused me to fall behind on my mortgage.Its a very stressful time with Christmas right around the corner.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
