I went to eviction court and we agreed to a payment plan..we gave 2400 and had a balance of 900.right around the corner was novembers rent.so I have a call from someone in the office and they stated that as long as we gave payments and kept in contact we would be fine.i went in the following day and gave a 500 dlr payment which they took and just yesterday I received a maessaged stating that they couldn’t accept it. I mentioned to them about the call from office and 5hey simply said that’s the person that called did not know because she was new. So now eviction is still in proses unless I pay the full amount. Which now is 2400. I need help asap
