My bank account is currently at -$272.41 and I have no idea how I’m going to be able to afford my $950 rent at the end of the month. I am also having important hernia repair surgery in early January, which I don’t know if my insurance will fully cover.  As part of the recovery process, I will not be able to lift anything heavy for 6-8 weeks, which is what my current job requires, so I will have to take that time off and try to find other sources of income. I am trying to look for other jobs, but it is difficult right now, because of the holidays (another source of extreme stress), and I will not be able to get paychecks with the immediacy that I now require. I have tried negotiating with my bank several times to reverse my overdraft fees, but they will not budge. I am feeling isolated from my family and friends this holiday season because I am going through this struggle and I feel as if I’m at the end of my rope, and I desperately need any help I can get to get me back on track. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I would be eternally grateful.
