We have been building our home and about two weeks ago I woke up to my boyfriend yelling “the house is on fire”  I woke up and ran to my sons room and we thankfully got out of the house. My 11 year old son is a type 1 diabetic and on the spectrum. Our chimney caught pine needles while my boyfriend was burning paper. The whole second floor to our home burnt with everything including most of my son’s insulin and medical supplies. My boyfriend works, he’s a logger. Loggers don’t make a whole lot and we were already saving for a truck since both of our vehicles recently took their last trips. I am currently getting my associates degree in applied science of AI engineering, I still have a bit over a year before I will receive my degree. Im beyond stressed, I have no family since my dad died during covid, my son is almost out of his medicine and we really need to get a roof on our house now before the harsh Washington winter hits us. Any help even if it’s .25 cents is more than expected and we would forever be grateful. Thank you and God Bless.
