My husband and I are disabled and praying that someone is able to help us with our past due utilities. We were victims of a terrible flood the end of September and suffered extensive damage to our vehicle and home. Because of this, we fell behind on our other bills. My husband is on oxygen and it’s critical to keep our electric on. I understand that times are hard for everyone especially with Christmas being so close.
