Hello, my name is Sirena I’m a single mom of 4. I have an 8 year old girl a 12 year old boy and 2 14 year old twin girls.. This year has been especially hard on me, I was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure I am only 41 and hope to be here with them for many years to come but I’m no fool. I’m struggling mentally physically and emotionally this is honestly a last hope.. if anyone sees this post and by God’s will decides to bless me and my babies then it’s well worth it.. please if you will find it in your hearts to help me give my babies a good Christmas this year I swear they are good kids.. they deserve the world! thank you all for your time.
