I am a resident of Sri Lanka, and recently my area was severely affected by the devastating floods that occurred across the country. Unfortunately, I was among those who were displaced due to this natural disaster. My home was badly damaged, and many of my essential belongings were destroyed by the floodwaters. As a result, my family and I are currently facing serious difficulties in meeting our basic daily needs such as food, shelter, and living expenses.
This situation has placed us in an extremely vulnerable position, both emotionally and financially. Despite trying our best to recover, the extent of the damage has made it impossible for us to manage on our own at this time.
