Single mom needing help

Hello , I am a single mom of 4 . I am currently on medical leave with no pay from work . Will go back to work after surgery . I am seeking help for food , bills and or Christmas help this year . I currently don’t have a vehicle and also behind on rent facing homelessness . Thank you so much ☺️ any help Is appreciated ❤️
