I am a single mother who just went through an eviction and I want to in court, but because I was on a mount to month LeaseThe landlord did not have to review my lease.So she refused to renew the lease and I had to find somewhere else to go within 30 days I am in a new place And i was thankful that the landlord was able to break my deposit into two payments and next month will be my second payment and I know that I will not have any funds to do anything for my four younger children for christmas i need help with Christmas for my kids i don’t even have furniture to put in my living room for my kids to sit on. Any help will be greatly appreciated
