Hi everyone,
I am a single mother doing my best to provide for my children while managing several serious health issues. Basically, I’m going through a very difficult time and I can use some help. I am behind on rent, I need current rent, I am behind on all my utilities, and my nutrition assistance has been suspended due to government shut down.
I have been sober for over two years and battled through cirrhosis of the liver-something I am deeply proud of. But my health has continued to make things challenging. I am currently arthritis, anemia, edema, varices, and I recently broke my left foot. I am on disability, but right now it just isn’t enough to cover rent, utilities, and groceries for me and my children.
I have always tried to stay strong and handle things on my own, but right now, I need a little help to get back on my feet. If you are able to offer support it would mean more the I could ever express!
