The battle between life and death

I have two children, one is 8 years old and the other is 1 year and 5 months old. My younger child has a hole in his chest. The older child suffers from thalassemia. I am in despair. My grandmother, who helped me, passed away two months ago. My husband doesn’t even care about me.
