My name is Angela Dickey received your information from 211 we are in a financial hardship needing assistance for our water bill which is up for disconnect today or any day now I have a autistic daughter and a son who has chronical illness dealing with GI issues where he is constantly in restroom can’t lose our water due to that reason and having to take a shower I pray you can help us please we tried other places they either don’t have funding or helped who they was go help for the week we don’t have until next week to call st Vincent depaul or the number u call on Mondays attached is the bill we received yesterday I tried a payment arrangement it was made and then I get this letter to find out they cancelled it and they saying they can’t redo it
