I’m reaching out with a heavy heart as the holidays approach. This season is meant to be filled with warmth and light, but right now my family is facing a very difficult situation. My utilities have been shut off, and with four children depending on me, I am struggling to keep our home safe and comfortable during what should be a joyful time.
This year has been especially hard. I am newly divorced and recently lost my job, and the weight of these changes has made it even more challenging to provide for my kids. More than gifts or decorations, my deepest wish is simply to give them the comfort of a warm home and the reassurance that they are cared for.
