I am seeking assistance in purchasing four winter coats, specifically two female size 12 coats and two women’s medium coats, for my 13-year-old twins. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had initially planned to make this purchase this month, but the additional funds are now required for food expenses, which will still be insufficient, resulting in a limited diet. I am overwhelmed with emotion and feel solely responsible, as I am the sole provider. I wish I didnt need to rely on government assistance to support my children and wish to emphasize that my family size is not expanding, as I have had two sets of twins and have undergone a tubal ligation.
