I’m a single mother of 2 kids I do work a minimum wage job . My bills fell behind bc I suffer from depression and anxiety and some days I cannot get to work bc of my severe medical conditions . Im asking for help towards my electricity bills I tried to reach out to organizations here in delaware but they either tell me to call back next week or say they ran out of funding.
