I am in need of help with a vehicle so I am able to get to all my doctors visits, I have type 1 diabetes and Chronic heart failure, I have had 2 strokes so I am always seeing my doctors and it’s important that I can be able to make my appointment and my vehicle is breaking down. Anything would help and would be very appreciated.
