Hello, My name is Erika and I Am in need for mortgage assistance.
In the home lives my 2 children 11 & 13 and myself. A series of events led to my financial hardship and has caused me to be 2 months behind on my house payments. It began with my divorce; in order to keep my home for my children and I, a refinance process had to be done in order to buyout that person. This caused my payments to go way higher but I didn’t want to lose our home. After that came my job loss. I had been working for this company for 10 years until it came time they had to shut down. Ever since, it has been hard to find a steady full time job until I finally found one in August. I currently work as a case manager, helping homeless youth. I enjoy my work because I enjoy helping others.
I am desperately asking for help so that I can get back on my feet and not lose the home my children grew up in.
