Hello my name is Jaden, recently lost my job due to AI. I worked in an insurance claims role. Unfortunately this has caused me to exhaust my savings on my car note, rent and groceries. I am 3 years post college. I have received a 5 day notice of intent to terminate lease agreement from my apartment complex. My rent is at a total of $1928.61, normally $1,740 but with fees due to me being late on rent has shot up the total. I stay in a 1 bed room apartment, I have significantly reduced my costs, I’ve been eating white rice and eggs and chicken for the last 2 months. I am in the final stages of multiple interviews process with 3 different companies so I’m expected to be employed soon, but it unfortunately won’t be soon enough. This time has been extremely emotional due to me having 2 dogs a 9 month cane corso and a 7 year old yorkie poo. My Corso has cherry eye which prolapsed a month ago; it does require surgery but with money being tight it just isn’t the right time. I’ve also been struggling to pay for dog food. I’ve considered giving them up if I do get evicted which I don’t want to do, if anyone can help anyone at all I would greatly appreciate it. I can show proof of rent, proof of paying the rent as well.
